El Conquistador was the site of Paul Veneziano's playoff win on Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Tough pins and windy conditions made for difficult scoring on the El Conquistador's well conditioned links. Birdie in the first hole of sudden death playoff was all it took for Paul to secure his first victory of 2007. Fifteen professionals participated from a total of 3 different Islands. Official results included (1) Paul Veneziano 73; (2) Aaron West 73; (3) Benny Nieves 74; (3) Mark Clouse 74. The next event will be held at Caguas Real Wednesday June 27, 2007 at 12:30 pm in Caguas, Puerto rico. The Pro- Junior is next on July 11 @ Dorado del Mar and will be immediately followed by the second chapter meeting of the year.
