Dorado del Mar was the host for the beginning of the fall swing and George Smith from Dorado Beach is your winner. After a four consecutive birdie stretch George survived a triple bogey 8 on the eighteenth to win by one stroke. George's (-2) 70 starts a new winning scores under par streak. Second place was host professional Aaron West with a (-1) 71, followed by former Dorado del Mar Director of Golf Paul Veneziano with a (+1) 73. The next Island Chapter event will be Wednesday, September 12th, 2007 at Costa Caribe in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
